Band takes on Glee Club in annual Turkey Bowl

A look into the Elder Band vs Glee Club annual showdown

For years, the Elder Band and Glee Club have faced off in a tackle football game on the day before Thanksgiving. The rivalry is very intense, and the trash talking starts immediately after Halloween.

Jack Langen, Adam Duwel and I journeyed out to the game to explore what really goes on during one of the many Elder traditions. This year’s contest was held at Mount St. Joseph University field on Delhi Road.
