This is only my second full year here at Elder, but one of my favorite times is Catholic Schools Week when we celebrate here in a number of ways. One day we have a special lunch of skyline chili, on another we dress in our grade school colors. But the best day by far is when faculty, staff and students dress up on crazy hat, shirt and sock day. Here are some of my favorites from 2013, with thanks to yearbook moderator Kathleen Hirth, who shot more than half of these (mostly in the cafeteria). I took my shots mostly in my classroom.
