Nikola Rackers ’15
This is my second year writing for The Purple Quill. As a junior, I was the News Editor and I am currently Co-Editor of the print edition of the Quill. I especially enjoy writing about news and current events. In addition to writing for the Quill, I have also been a member of Student Council for three years now. I am an avid long-distance runner, and I'm currently a varsity cross country runner. I have ran cross country and track since my freshman year. My other interests include politics, history, exotic foods, hockey, and foreign languages, especially Serbian. I aspire to study journalism and political science in college and to become a journalist. My favorite journalists are James Foley and Simon Ostrovsky.
