The Model 3 Tesla is the car of the future because of its price, safety, performance, all-wheel drive, and range.

Believe it or not, the Model 3 Tesla is priced at $35,000 and not in the $60,000 range like most other Tesla’s… at least for now. The only downfall is that the “standard” battery will not be ready for the next three to six months and all current Model 3s have long range batteries. Therefore, if a driver desperately wants the Model 3 now, they will have to pay at least $49,000 and close to $55,000 with all of the features this luxury car has to offer. In theory, to save over $20,000, a driver will just have to wait the three to six months.

The safety of the Model is 3 is what stands out the most about the vehicle. For maximum strength in every area, the combinations of aluminum and steel make up the metal structure. According to Business Insider, Tesla said, “Our Model 3 sedan gives occupants the lowest probability of receiving a serious injury in a crash than any other vehicle tested by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).” Also, from a post on Tesla’s website, the automaker said, “Model 3 occupants have less than a 6% chance of suffering a serious injury during a collision.”

For example, Tesla ran a roof crush test with an all-glass roof and the Model 3 still resisted four times its own mass: the same weight as two full-grown African elephants.

The performance of the Model 3 Tesla is very impressive due to its range of 310 miles, an acceleration of 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds (top speed of 155 mph), and the most refined design and engineering ever. When the Model 3 travels at high speeds, the carbon fiber spoiler improves the stability of the sedan. In all weather conditions, it comes with options of dual motor all-wheel drive, 20” performance wheels and brakes, and lower suspension for total control.

All-wheel drive has two independent motors in Tesla: torque to the front and rear wheels for better handling and traction control. A driver will never have to worry about getting stuck on the road because either motor will work when driving. The craziest part about having these two motors is that if one of the motor stops working, it still has the other motor to depend on.

Because the Model 3 is fully electric, the range of the Tesla Model 3 allows you to travel anywhere. This is very beneficial for a driver because they’ll never have to go to a gas station again. If a driver remembers to charge the sedan at night, they will have the luxury of traveling with a full tank of gas every day. However, a driver may run into the problem of not charging his Model 3 at night and will have to charge on the road.
