The date was October 30th, 2007.

Brady Wise was only a toddler, yet he felt a chaotic shake in the earth. Unsure of what this commotion was, Brady continued on with his abnormal life, until the year 2021. Brady started off his freshman year as normal, he worked hard every day, trying to improve his grades. Not only was Wise an academic weapon in school, he was also a leader on the football field. Wise excelled in everything he tried, whether that was being the star wide receiver of the football team, or being the best Fortnite player one would ever see. Wise’s success wouldn’t last long thou, in the year 2021 he finally came face to face with his new found foe. 

While Seth Readnower assumes he has nothing in common with the notorious Wise, they share many previously unknown attributes. Seth Readnower is currently a seventeen year old senior at Elder High School. At first, someone may think that seventeen is quite young for a senior in high school. However, after a brief conversation with Readnower, one would quickly learn he excels in all aspects of life.

Readnower is currently on pace to be “valedictorian” of Elder High School, and has football offers from Alabama, Georgia, and Clemson. On top of these football offers, he has been accepted into many prestigious schools such as Harvard, MIT, Princeton, and Yale for his academic achievements. Readnower has been the Gatorade National Player of the year in both football and basketball. Many people are currently calling Readnower’s talents so prolific that he may well be the Bo Jackson of this generation. Undetermined on what path the future holds for him, the only thing that seems to be holding him back is the infamous Wise.

THE PLOT AGAINST

Readnower usually begins his morning per routine every day. He wakes up, showers, brushes his teeth, has a light breakfast, and is off to a long day of school. Post his arrival on Elder’s exquisite campus, Readnower finds himself hiding in the shadows of the hallway almost as if he was a masked vigilante. Yet, why would Elder need a masked vigilante roaming around the hallways on a typical Tuesday morning? That was because inside the confined walls of the school, lies a man that will not stop and show no mercy. This mysterious man is the one and only Brady Wise. 

With the help of classmates Adam Arling ‘25 and Will Postel ‘25, Readnower has been managing to continue his plot against Wise in full pursuit. While people believe the plot may be efficient and successful, many students are questioning what exactly Readnower’s tactics may be. After countless attempts, I was finally able to get Readnower to sit down and answer a few questions. 

Mr. Readnower has never been too fond of the mysterious Wise, hence if someone were to ask him his opinion on him, he would most likely answer, “My first thought on Wise would be that there wasn’t a thought between his eyes.” Readnower knew Wise very well and he has been working on putting more thoughts into his head as the year goes on. Readnower also stated, “I would always hear dumb stories about Wise, and I thought he may be special.” While many would disagree that Wise was special, Steve definitely makes a solid point with his remark. 

Steve Strikes Back

Readnower isn’t one to admit Wise has caused a powerful impact on his life, however, taking a deeper look into the situation, one would beg to differ. Whether he knows it or not, Wise has always been the type of person to cause a great influence on someone. However, Readnower would not accept Wise’s help, and would quickly turn on him. 

It all started in a galaxy far far away… Seth Readnower was a young slave on the far planet of Fatooine. On one unexpected day, Master Will Gon Jinn and Brady-Wan Kenobi (Wise) landed on the planet. Shortly after their arrival, they encountered young Readnower working in the shop. Readnower’s favorite hobby was building droids (Adam 3-PO) and pod racing, which ultimately led to his freedom. Readnower would quickly become a padawan and would be trained under the guidance of Brady Wan Kenobi. Readnower excelled very quickly and was said to be the “chosen one”. Unfortunately, this wouldn’t last long as Readnower would fall to the dark side and battle against his master Brady-Wan Kenobi. After this Readnower would be turned into the new leader of the Empire, Darth Steve. 

Since this moment Readnower has grown a great hatred for Wise, yet their problems may be resolved soon.
