The First Broadcast of a high school event in the country.

November 1st, 2003 was a very big day in broadcasting history in the country and the world. Most current students weren’t even old enough to walk. While we were in the early stages of our life, something big was brewing at Elder. Elder Football was gearing up to start the playoff run that would lead to their second State Championship in a row. Anderson was in The Pit for the first round of the playoffs.

That night something was brewing in the tower at Elder. The first broadcast of a high school event was starting just as kickoff was to happen. I sat down with two guys that were there that night, they speak about that first broadcast and a message to the future broadcasts teams of Elder.
