Elder Basketball continues playoff run with win over Winton Woods

Junior Andrew Harp cans one of his five trifectas en route to 16 points in the Panthers’ victory over Winton Woods.

Winton Woods was no match for the Elder Panther Tuesday Night at Fairfield High School. Elder lead the entire game from tip off to last horn. Elder was led in scoring by Andrew Harp with 16. Harp was perfect from 3 point range 5/5. Overall the Panthers shot 10/13 from the arc and 17/26 overall. Sophomore Carson Browne contributed a career high 11 points in the blowout win. The clock was running the entire 2nd half. OHSAA Tournament rules say if the lead climbs to 35 in the 2nd half the clock runs until the lead is under 30.
